Pleasant Acres Farm Campground is a destination RV
resort operated with the campers enjoyment in mind. It accepts overnight, weekly or
seasonal campers.
Pleasant Acres Club is an organization of people who
are renting seasonal sites at Pleasant Acres Farm Campground. The goal of the club is to
preserve and improve the qualities that are possessed at this campground. Campers whose
conduct is contrary to the goals of the club may cause their familys membership to
be revoked or denied. Applications must be submitted with the initial site deposit for
each year. The membership fee is $2.00 per family. The initial deposit is $200.00
Seasonal reservations cancelled prior to April 1st will
be charged a $100.00 processing fee. After April 1st, the entire initial deposit is lost.
Confirmation deposits are due by Feb.
15th. If it is not
received by this date, the reservation will be cancelled. The confirmation deposit is
$300.00
The Summer Season begins two Fridays before Memorial
Day Weekend (May 9th), and lasts 23 weekends (October 13th).
Half Season sites may be rented for the first half
(May 9 - July 26, 2008) or the second half (July 26 - October 13, 2007) of the season.
The fee is half of the full season rate plus $50.00. Therefore, if the first half is
rented and then the second half is rented, it will cost $100.00 more than renting the full
season. Half season prices only apply when the site is rented for the half season. You
cannot, for example, put a guest on for a half season if you are renting the site for the
full season.
