Pleasant Acres Farm Campground in Sussex, NJ is hosting all sorts of summer fun in the coming weeks and months. This weekend in honor of our 45th Anniversary is we are holding our First Annual Campground Parade as our Special Saturday Activity. We are happy to announce that the Wantage-Colesville Fire Department will be helping us celebrate this day with some of their cherished fire equipment. Come and decorate your golf carts, bicycles, wagons, baby carriages, etc. to join the parade around the campground. Or, put out your chairs and watch all the fun. The staging area is at the Sports Field at 1:30, so North Drive and South Drive are both on the route. We will finish with hands-on firetruck fun and demonstrations. Later in the evening, Lori Space Day from Space Farms Zoo & Museum will be coming over with several of her furry friends for a Wildlife Show, that is sure to be a roaring good time. This is all in addition to our weekly Ceramics, Horse-drawn Hayrides, Saturday Morning Breakfast, Baby Animal Petting and Paint Party! Check out the Schedule of Events for details!
